Thanks to an amazing team of models, sponsors, and the lovely ladies of the WLU Fashion and Lifestyle Society for putting on such a successful event last night in support of the Canadian Cancer Society.  Together we made a positive difference in our community. It was such a beautiful night, “A Black and White Affair” to be exact, however as usual A Chic Minimalist did her own thing choosing to stand out in a gorgeous pink dress designed by a dear friend Lauren-Nicole.

Enjoy sometimes the best reward is donating your time to a great cause!

Playing Dress Up...

An upcoming fashion event calls for playing dress up!

  Remember the days when we played in our mother's closet, trying on shoes and jewellery fantasizing of the day when we will finally be old enough to attend a special event...
I adored trying on my mother's or grandma's high heels even though they were sizes to large at the time.  I still enjoy a little bit of dress up now and then, as fashion is meant to be playful of course!
