THIS WEEK, LILAC LOVE

This week was truly a gift, a dear friend surprised me with some beautiful lilacs, and a new dress arrived in my wardrobe.  What more can a girl ask for,other than the right man :).

Also, it was so kind of a dear friend to help me move one of my cabinets upstairs.  Now  it is the happy home for some of my beautiful handbags, which I enjoy season after season.  They are finally tucked away and safe for years to come!

CHIC AND MINIMAL MAKEUP - TRAVEL COSMETICS CASE

Twas' a holiday weekend and a chic minimalist is off to enjoy some relaxation, sunshine and the company of a dear one for a few days. Vava voom, here we go with a peek at what is inside my travel cosmetics case.  For all things chic and minimal take a peek dear friends. I prefer high-end make-up brands to drugstore since my skin is quite sensitive. Also, a fair complexion calls for Chanel, which is by far my favourite brand (insert cheesy wink here).

PINK LADY

Salut dear friends, how are you on this sunny, sunny afternoon. I hope you are all doing well.  I will be away visiting my hometown tomorrow so let's chat a bit earlier this week!  

I am dreaming of what I shall wear today, what do you think of Magenta?  Indeed, this seems to be a month devoted to pink!  I cannot help but enjoy such a fresh and feminine shade as it is oh so flattering on everyone, whether you are pale blonde or a luscious lady with a magnificent tan.  It is so universally flattering.

Today, on such a magnificent sunny day pink is on my mind yet again, hopefully I do not look like barbie.  If so have you seen Ken anyone ;).

DAY DREAMING OF A SPRINGTIME PURPLE HAZE

Happy Friday amies, hope you will have a lovely and efficient day. What are your plans for the weekend?

Spring is in full bloom here. The magnolia trees and cherry blossoms are simply gorgeous this year and very inspiring. Yesterday, I got lost in a purple haze inspired by all the light pink and purple blooms around me at this moment in time.  Enjoy a peek at my chic ensemble for May 9th.
