A Chic Minimalist adores Louis Vuitton Spring-Summer 2011 collection, especially the unexpected mix of the 1920s and 1970s eras with a touch of Mandarin in jewel tones. Marc Jacobs' signature style of mixing various eras and elements to produce a strong bold statement is at its best with this collection. A Chic Minimalist is tempted to try a Mandarin style dress. Although the colour palette here is very rich and luxurious, a touch of anyone one of these shades of ruby, emerald, gold would highlight the neutral palette of a minimalist. J'adore a statement skirt with a side slip in ruby or emerald green for spring-summer 2011.
